Question: Where are you located?
Answer: We are located in Georgia, USA

Question: Are your servers secure for accepting payment?
Answer: Payment is accepted on secure servers.

Question: Do you use my personal information?
Answer: We use your information to mail your order to you and to email you about your order. We do NOT use it for anything else.


Question: Are the Download versions and the CD versions the same?
Answer: Yes. However, the download is downloaded directly to your computer. The CD version is on compact disc.

Question: How quickly will I receive my order?
Answer: Orders that are Downloaded depend on your connection speed to the internet.
We ship CD's within 2 business days and you should receive it within 4 to 7 business days.
International orders may take longer.

Question: How soon will I get the download link?
Answer: The download link is sent after your payment is verified. Usually within 5 to 10 minutes.
Check your email and make sure that you did not block us.
Also, check your junk email box just in case your email provider mistakes our email for spam.

Question: How are orders shipped?
Answer: We use the Postal Service and UPS.

Question: Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
Answer: Yes

Question: Tell me about the text transcript.
Answer: The text transcript is in pdf format. Most modern computers can read pdf easily.
The text is the text version of the spoken Jamaican language found in the audio (also known as Jamaican patois,patwa or creole).
